Compliance can only be done to an entity with an EIN. We suggest 2 options:
If you have an active EIN we use those details to get you complied for sms marketing. Process typically takes 72 hours however we have had some instances where this can take 10 days. Unfortunately this is completely out of our control.
If you don't have an active EIN after sign up register for your own EIN. HOWEVER to get A2P verified an EIN should be active for 30 days.
SUGGESTED - Our unlimited SMS solution (no extra charge from Pinnacle). This solution bypasses the need for A2P registration. Once logged into the dashboard click 'Unlimited sms' on the 'Directory' tab.
